About Spark Rack

What is Spark Rack

Spark Rack is a group of highly trained network administrators, computer engineers, and support specialists who’s main goal is to provide the best service to our customers. Our professionals have over half a century of combined experience in the industry and have tailored our products for personal and business use, and our pricing to be extremely competitive in the industry.

Technology at Spark Rack

Over the last decade, Spark Rack has partnered with some of the biggest names in Information Technology to bring our services to customers, including companies such as Dell, Cisco, Ubiquiti Networks, Hewlett-Packard, Level3 Communications, Generac Power Systems, APC by Schneider Electric, among countless others.

Before a system is put into production, we heavily test all services before a customer account is ever placed on them to ensure they are up to our high level of providing the most stable and reliable services for our customers.

Our data centers utilize 10 gigabit connections for our shared hosting services, and up to 1 gigabit for managed and unmanaged services. These are powered by multiple providers to ensure redundancy and reliability. Our systems are also regularly backed up, and connected to an extensive network of uninterruptable power banks, to ensure that if we lose power, you stay online.

How we compare to other providers

With other hosting providers, you can sometimes feel as if you are just a number. At Spark Rack, we understand that our business depends on your satisfaction, and we make it a point to ensure that it is our top priority.

While other providers may offer flashy products or gimmicks to get you in the door, we work hard to provide the best service and value for the price you pay with no fluff or unneeded bloat.

Additionally, our representatives don’t work on commission, which means there is no obligation to upsell you on any product or service, or provide you a service you don’t need.
